Lost enthusiasm
3 Answers
Just wondered if anyone could offer any advice as to why I could have totally lost my enthusiasm to go to the gym.
I used to go at least 3/4 times a week and I loved it.
Lately - I just don't want to go and that is not like me whatsoever!
This has been going on for as long as I've started back on the contraceptive pill and I'm wondering if that may have anything to do with it?
Advice or suggestions would be very welcome.
thanks...Spcl.

I get quite emotional when I'm on my period and started taking Bach's rescue remedy (although I've now heard there are other similar products which are better) and you choose what problem you have from their list and find the one that helps, I've been getting along quite well with that so may be worth a try for you?
try asking the guys at the gym to write you up a new programme based on your short/ long term goals. set yourself a target and aim to achieve it over a certain amount of time (i.e if you like to run, sign up for a 10k. if you prefer cycling look into charity bike rides. or maybe even try aerobics, pilates, yoga, circuits, etc etc etc - the list of group classes is practically endless nowdays!!!!)
personal training is always an option but be prepared to work hard and pay up!
hope this helps, hit me back if you'd like more advice
