For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Its very easy, you have to remove two plates from the gearbox one at the bottom where it joins to the engine, and one at the back of the box for aligning later, you then rotate the flywheel by hand gradually removing the bolts from the clutch plate and allow the assembly to drop out from the bottom.
fitting is basically a reversal, however before you tighten the bolts up, you have to align it to get it central, a tool is available for this (about �20 or you could hire one) you insert the tool through the back of the box to line the clutch plate up, and then retighten all the bolts, remove the tool and refit the plates.
