Emailing a diagram without using attachments
2 Answers
Hi. I'm doing a distance learning course, and the assignment I'm doing at the moment calls for several diagrams to be drawn. It has to be submitted my email, but has to be in the main body of the email, and NOT an attachment!! I have no idea how to do this! I have a scanner BTW.
Many Thanks

In Outlook Express (which I'm assuming you're using), create your new mail and check that your sending options are for rich text. To do so, click on 'Format' and check that there's a black dot next to 'Rich Text (HTML)'. If there's not click on 'Rich Text (HTML)' to switch it on.
Type your mail as usual. At the point where you want a diagram to appear, click on Insert > Picture > Browse. Navigate to the location of your picture file for the required diagram. Double-click on the file name, and then click 'OK'.
Continue typing until you reach the required position of the next diagram. Then repeat the above procedure.
