I am toastmaster at my mate's wedding, and it's something I used to do about 8 or so years ago when I worked at a hotel, but I have forgotten one or two of the lines that a toastmaster is expected to say. "Please be upstanding...etc.." is one, but I don't want to sound as though I am repeating myself, and that is my only line, so I am looking for some suggestions that I can use to introduce the speeches, for example. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated....thanks.

Honoured guests, being a warm up act for the groom and best man, I would like to say I'm not nervous, although this IS the fourth time today I've stood up from a warm seat with a piece of paper in my hand.
That went down a treat for me.
