hey,
i was hit in the face this morning i already have a bruise on my cheek bone and i feel really sick, have headache, loss of appitate, and cant walk straight without gettin dizzy. could i have concussion??

if symptoms persist, you must see a doctor. Brain shearing forces can occur after even a mildish blow.

You are describing some of the symptoms of a 'head' injury and you need to seek medical attention in order to adequtely assess whether this is the case.

go to your gp or local hospital. sounds like concussion to me.
