Is the visitor centre 'Hafod Eryri' now completed and open to the public?

The most recent press release, on the website of the Snowdonia National Park Authority, is dated 20 May. It states: "The contractors are back on site after the winter break and are now installing the new floor in Hafod Eryri . . ." Since that was only 2� weeks ago, and there have been no subsequent press releases, it seems reasonable to assume that construction has not yet been completed:
