i've been doing a LOT of admin work recently despite being a marketing professional. my boss acknowledges that I shouldnt be doing what im doing but as we are low staffed at the mo i put up with it.

he's taken a new part timer (who has hardly any experience) in on the meeting with a new client and whilst the designer was in there asked him to tell me to get them 3 glasses of water!

would a court convict me, do you think?

i sometimes get this nonsense and i think some folks get put upon and thats life but i do shrug my shoulders when im in a good mood.
when im tired i think they are ------but mostly i blame myself for lack of backbone and being foolish enough to tolerate it
i have one question . how long has this gone on? and does this boss think that now you have stood for him/her p----ing up your back, you will keep standing for it
don,t lose your temper but just say enough is enough
