Awww bless ya :) I've been around a while (sept 2006 which is quite scary!), just haven't been on for a long while.

Something good...hmmm I helped my boss sort out his mess of a desk for moving so he didn't have to do it all himself and lots of bending and lifting with his bad back.

Not had much chance today as been a bit of a mad one!
