When ever you see lewis hamilton doing a interview or with his family you never see his mother! His father seems to be always some way involved and his brother also, but what happened to his mum?

his father has worked for the industry for years and so is likely to be about anyway. Can't remember seeing his mum much though
i dont know but i often wonder where lewis gets that amazing charisma from, seems to be a trait of f1 drivers to be incredibly interesting off the track ie mansell, raikkonen, hakkinen schumacher etc

Yep seen footage when lewis was small but mum still not mentioned, strange
he has a step mum not sure about his real mum ..
Hamilton's parents separated when he was two and he lived with his mother and half-sisters Nicola and Samantha. At twelve, he started living with his father, stepmother Linda and half-brother Nicholas who has cerebral palsy.

Aint wikipedia wonderful
what about Coulthard Bob, he is amazingly charismatic lol must be the jawline thing.

Coulthard has a germanic jaw!
After Lewis Hamilton's dad crashed a borrowed Porsche into a children's play area this week, his mum is probably keeping well away!

huge sports fan me but f1 is just mind numbing first corner and that's it interest over, at least senna and eddie irvine used to have punch ups, how can you get excited by a computer controlled engine in a car that looks like a spaceship and bears no resemblance to a real car? at least touring cars and rallying you can recognise them as cars
She is there today in Canada, he gave her a tour of the workshop according to the NOTW.
It still has to be steered at high speed Bob.

you can recognize them as cars unless Lewis's dad gets his hands on them, after which you can recognize them as scrap metal (see post above)
not doubting the skill i just find it a very soulless sport, i lost interest when senna was killed he had a mystique and just oozed charisma, the drivers of today will never be in is class as a driver
there was almost a punch up a couple of years back when schumacher rammed the back of coulthards car in rain soaked belgium.

the newer rules are ridding F1 of the computer controlled cars which were brought in by williams in 1992, and probably the only thing that helped him win the championship.

I was a senna fan from the 80s, I feel that the continued dominance by one team (ferrari) has ruined the sport, frank williams once said of the computerised cars "even my grandmother could win in one of these"

role on bringing back conventional gearboxes next year!!

I love F1, but not quite as much as in the days of Senna, surely the greatest F1 driver of all time. I remember watching the crash at Imola, immediately saying to myself, "he's dead". It's still good to watch, but not quite the same as seeing that yellow helmet emerge from the pit lane in the final minute of qualifying and as so often (65 times) grab the pole.

Fingers crossed for Lewis at 6pm.....
oh I have an automatic license, would I be able to drive the computer cars then?
lol, do you have a super license as well dot? you need one of those too
well it's got my picture on it and so it is a bit special!
