I use a data cable. I got one with a software CD from Link and it was �30 see here http://www.mobiles.co.uk/datacables.html

Depends what phone you have and what it supports. Some have bluetooth, so a blue tooth dongle can be used to transfer files. Some have bluetooth but don't support file transfer. Some have data cables, some data cables work to an extent, some need converting to service cables.

Some have neither, the only way to do it with those is to upload via wap.

Either a data cable or Infra-Red. I use a data cable. got mine cheap off ebay
