Er..?
Please explain the rationale for banning my question 'If, when you were sixteen, you could have asked your parents one thing and could have guaranteed an honest response, what would it have been? What would you have wanted to know?'
I fail to see anything contentious about asking people what one thing they wished their parents had told them at sixteen. If responses were contentious then surely they should be banned, not an entirely benign question.

There are a number of readily available message boards on which users can exchange nostalgic reminisences. However, there are fewer sites with the intention for which TheAnswerbank was set up. We are grateful to all our users who respect this.
All the best,
Waldo - I didn't get the chance to read your question, but sounds like an interseting one. I would have thought some of the answers you could have received, might have been helpful to others.
As I said earlier this morning, some valid Q/A are banned on a whim, where other insignificant Q/A aren't. AB Ed disagrees with me, so I stand corrected.
