Can anyone please suggest a gift I could get my dad for fathers day? i'm really stumped for ideas. He dosn't drink :( sweet things are limited as he is diabetic and hates diabetic chocs, he does read books but has more than waterstones!!! and has a very large collection of CD's. he is 60 yrs old likes his garden but there is only so much you can buy for the garden, he's also a bit of a foodie. i'm on a budget (along with everyone in this country at the moment ; ) so am looking to spend something around 20. any suggestion greatly received

Does your Dad like BBQ - ing. Perhaps something along those lines as hopefully the season isn't far away. Shall be watching this with interest - I am at a loss what to get mine.
If he's a foodie are you near a city with a Selfridges or Harvey Nics or somewhere with a nice deli you could get him some special treats from?
Does he like particular types of food and cooking you could get him som especial cooking stuff or more authentic ingredients or a good cookbook.
Has he got something he can play his music on in the garden to combine the two?
If all else fails, how about a nice family picture blown up and framed nicely for him.

Hi everyone, just to let you know I've got my Dad a herb pot full of fresh herbs which will be both for the garden and for his cooking so he'll get the best of both worlds. But I would like to say a big thanQ for all of you suggestions they'll definately come in handy for the next couple of birthdays and christmas. And happy Fathers day to all you Dads out there ;)
