Just read the back of a 200g bar of Cadburys Bournville! Each chunk contains 40 calories??? Having a mug of low calorie hot choc instead now :0(

if your bar has 6 chunks @40 calories why not make the chunks bigger so only eat 3 chunks @ 40 calories

You are buying the wrong chocolate. If you buy Lindt it is only 560 calories per 100g for the milk chocolate, and the red bar is even better because it is covered with backward foreign languages and so you don't have to worry about anything.

iv just had a very big jammy donut with creme plus a slice of chocolate cake with creme

yes i am a been pole

trouble is i am male and should be a beef cake :-(

but on the plus side i am just 50yrs so what the hell:-)

Love the 'just 50 years old'! Thats brill! I don't feel like I'm approaching 50! Well, sometimes. I would love to be a bean pole for a day - a year - a lifetime! lol!
