Is this real?

My mate was asking if she has dreamt this or its a real film, its a kind of cartoon and she says at start there is a bog swan but it gets dragged into a water mill and cut up into pieces. She says it might have had dragons in it too.

Sounds a bit like the film Flight of the Dragons (1982) which I'm sure had a swan at the beginning and a mill but not sure about the swan getting chopped into bits though!! perhaps she was dreaming that bit
