Vitamin E (2)

There's a chat about Vitamin E going on over in Body And Soull, which made me think ...

My bf used to claim that 'you know what' is high in Vitamin E (and a good source of protein). In fact, every bf I've ever had has made the same claim.

Is it true? Or just a pathetic myth?
