Can someone help me identify the title and performer of a song from the early 90s i believe but the chorus goes " shes only rock and roll'. I thought it was a pop/rap genre song and another line was" painted on jeans that you love to admire"

I can only think of one song with the line Painted on Jeans and thats Billy Ocean and Caribbean Queen released in 1984??
