can someone plz help me i have got a toolbar on my internet explorer tried everything to get rid but never goes tried ununstalling it from there web site still nothing getting loads of pop ups because of it and new items on my desk top takes ages to get onto internet explorer because trying to get rid of all the rubbish thank u in advance x

If it's not Cool Web Search, type "the name of the toolbar" + "removal" into Google, and you should be given some websites that will tell you how to remove it.

Some of these pesky tool bars are self installing from sites you have visited and even 'Add/Remove' programmes won't get rid of them. If the link you've been given doesn't do the trick try Ad-aware at this link

Try searching for HijackThis! at google. This is a very useful tool and there are messageboards to help you use it if you aren't sure.
