What temperature to cook the joint

I get a butchers pack from the butcher (obviously) every month, the last time I asked for a joint of brisket to be added (forward planning for fathers day).

I have no idea what temperature to cook it at though, will 200 degrees for 30 minutes per half lb and half an hour extra be suitable?

Thanks Legend. I'll be doing the standard trimmings this time, but thanks for the recipe, I'll use it another time :)
Sorry sometimes i do go a bit ottt.
I will of course be having a nice roast beef , yorkie , mash , roasties , 3 veg and a nice pint.
