Has anybody out there tried this diet by Jason Vale (the man who helped Jordan back into shape!) - it's called 7 lbs in 7 days.
Once you've completed that, you can then move onto a 14 day plan which incorporates solids back into your system. Having read half the book, it seems a good detox but does it really make you lose weight or just flush through a lot of the excess water that us ladies carry around?

Any feedback would be great!

Losing 7lb in 7 days is an appalling way to lose weight! Anyone losing weight this quickly will be starved of sugars, which means that when the diet stops, the body craves sugars and you will put more weight on than you lost in the first place. I'm not an expert, but I have an A level in Food and Nutrition. The best way to lose weight safely is 1lb a week! Slow, I know, but the body doesn't starve this way and the most important thing is that the weight is far easier to KEEP OFF. One of the best diets is still Rosemary Conley's hip and thigh diet. There is plenty to eat on this, a choice of breakfasts, lunches and a 3 course dinner. As long as you have time for some exercise, I don't think anyone can complain at this one. I've never met anyone who didn't put ON weight after Weightwatchers!
