Cocktail Recipe Please
4 Answers
The Texas Embassy Cantina in London used to serve a cocktail called an Amber Jack. I know that two of the ingredients were Jack Daniels and Sweet Sour mix (+ possibly grenadine). Anyone out there know how to make one please? I've tried contacting the restaurant and they haven't been able to help. Thanks in advance.

2 x apple vodka
1 x Macallan amber whisky liqueur
1 x Calvados
1 x lime juice
3 x apple lambic (try Lindeman's Pomme, for example)
You also need a 1 thin apple slice, and some ice.
Fill a shaker with ice. Add the ingredients (but not the lambic or the apple slice) and shake well.
Strain it out into a chilled martini glass, and then finally stir in the lambic and garnish with the apple slice.
