used 2 be really outgoing...now more introvert...how does some1 get their confidence back? putting it down to being married and getting older but surely i should still be outgoing as b4...dont know wots happened really....am happy enough in my mariage...

Might matter if you were single again but as youre married not worth worrying about.Enjoy your maaraige forget about the confidence.

Perhaps it's because you've settled down to married life.
Marriage does change some people, quietens them down sometimes.Does it bother your wife that you are not as extrovert?

Hi, sometimes people just settle for a easy life, and then end up in a rut, try doing different things, so every day is not the same, join a gym or a night class, or get a hobby. I get the feeling that you could bit suffering from stress or maybe a little depressed, remember life is for the living and we do not get a second go at it, ( though I wish we could re-wind... be a few things I would do different LOL )
