How can i watch Sky on 2nd TV in another room

I recently upgraded and installed Sky+ in my living room (i still have the old sky box now collecting dust) my rooftop ariel has broken and rather than fix or replace it can i somehow relay the Sky+ from the living room to the bedroom? if so can someone please tell me how?

I have an ariel extention running through the walls but zen's idea is so much better! I wish I'd known there was such a thing!
