Noisy Pipes

When I draw water the pipes are very noisy.Hot and cold.
Its like the pressure is too high,but I dont think it is.
The pipes are new and perhaps have been rerouted,with the flow having been reversed when I move the stop ****.

Sounds to me as if you've got an air-lock.our house pipes used to do that.
Look on internet for sollution.
