registering birth illegally!
is it illegal for a mother (still married, although seperated) to register the birth of her child to another man under her husband's name, when the husband knows he is not the father yet allows for this deception to take place willingly stating on the birth certificate that he is the father of this child. What would the consequences be.

It makes no difference if the child is conceived with donated sperm - the father is still her husband and should be registered as such.
