Cleaning Granite Work Tops

I have just moved into a home (renting) that has black granite work tops in the kitchen. They are not high glossy ones, kinda dull. Can canyone tell me the best products to use on these, especially the 'draining board' ones, which obviously get hard water marks on them and they are hard to shift. Viakal and limelight say not to use on granite. Many thanks in advance.
