A lot....
i guess �250 pound plus court costs ,,,, however someone who is drivng a more expensive car worth , say over �20 k , maybe fined , more than that ,,,,,, like over �300 , if the magistrate sees that the vehicle is owned by , the "defendant 2 ,,,if you see what i mean ....

The penalty for contravening of this section is is a fine not exceeding level 4 on the standard scale, an obligatory endorsement and the offence carries between 3 to 9 penalty points. Disqualification is discretionary.



disqualification ,,,, for "driving with out due care/attention " , is unlikely , as is the �2500 maximum fine , - if you are summonsed for "dangerous/wreckless driving 2 , its possible you can be disqualified , but thats a different offence in motoring legal terms , to driving without due care and attention -
