get a tooth polisher they sale them in argos. very good n i find they work well

Mix a little bit of baking soda in with your toothpaste. Don't do it too often, as it will wear down the enamel and harm your teeth. Your teeth will be a little sensitive to cold afterwards, but it works.

arm and hammer extra whitening toothpaste and perldrops party sparkle and Listerine mouth wash (the purple one) works and youll see a difference in about a week xxx

I tried Theramed Express Whitening toothpaste late last year and thought it was amazing (I smoke 20 cigs a day).

From the first use (with floss and disclosing tablets for good measure), my teeth looked much cleaner and sparklier.

Haven't been able to find it in the shops again but have ordered 5 lots from chemistdirect.co.uk
