My daughter got a Samsung E600 mobile phone for Christmas.  In the box it came in is a lead to connect the phone to the COM 1 serial port on the computer - but no sign of any software.  What can she do with this connection?  Does she need software?  If so, does anybody know where it can be downloaded?  Ta.

Any downloads for the phone can be found on the Samsung website

It does require software.  Where you can download it I don't know as Samsung don't have any downloads for it.  Try 'samsung e600 download' in Google.
