@rse! Seriously, it was there a couple of years ago and now its gone, gone, gone! There is my back and this just runs into my legs, no @rse, just flat :-o(
So has anyone seen it and if so where, reward offered.
Failing that, how can I get another one (without going under the knife), any exercises I can do?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Lie flat on your stomach and lift each leg in turn, keeping the leg straight and clenching the @rse cheeks at the same time. Usually best to have your arms in front of you, flat on the floor and bent at the elbows to support your torso. It's quite hard work at first but you'll get used to it and it really does work!
LOL redcrx, I knew you had it! Mines probably the spotty one but failing that the hairy one will do, it will match mrwarpigs.

Great question. But seriously, you can get some shape and toning back to your rear end through exercises.
