Does anyone remember an item that was put in a bedroom at night to alleviate coughs and colds? It looked like a gents shaving mug.you put a lit nightlight in the bottom and in the upper reservoir you put some water and added some medicated drops that gave off fumes through the night. I'm looking for the name/make please.Thanks

The old metal one with the nightlights and a stone block for the fluid was a wrights vapouriser.

they make electric ones now, boots ones have little pads soaked in eucyliptus (i think its that and menthol) that you slide into a little machine http://www.boots.com/shop/product_details.jsp? productid=1021878&classificationid=1046385
