"Airline" - Easyjet.
2 Answers
Have just been watching Airline, all about Easyjet and I have never seen so many rude and ignorant people as the staff. Are they trained at the *Jerry Springer School of Charm*. I always used to fly with them but certainly won't again, they are dreadful, just full of themselves, and they are not so cheap anymore.

Unfortunately things running smoothly does not attract high TV ratings so is it any wonder that we see the worst cases? Personally I am amazed that they keep their cool to the extent that they do !
Can I just ask if you aren't flying with them again because of the programme or because you have first hand experience of poor customer service?

Well I only ever used them as they were cheap, having to go to Stanstead wasn't convenient but it was cheap and the time was OK, but yes even on the flights I found them (mostly) to be uncaring, and the check-in staff very unhelpful. I know what you mean about having to deal with 1,000's of customers and you have a valid point, and I'd probably be screaming at everyone at some point but that is why I don't do that type of work. You'd think, that on a TV prog, they would try to come across as sympathetic.
