I dont know whats hot and whats not at the mo but i know that dell offer a good service in finding the right computer for you! But i strongly advise you not to use pc world! i bought a computer there after a couple of months it died on me i paid for an extra 3 yrs cover i tried ringing the service i paid for and ended up paying about �50 in phone calls to them and didnt get anywhere i have aproached PC World many times and the manager has said repeatedly said that as soon as the PC leaves the store it has nothing to do with them!! i have heard of this happening to lots of other people so be warned!!!

The three things I would look for are

1. A decent graphics card with at leat 128 k of memory

2 The amount of ram and the maximum amount ram the motherboad can take - You have to ask about this, if the shop doesn't know go to another shop.

3 A decent sized hard drive. Dont try and save money by getting a 20GB hard drive and thinking that you'll get a bigger one as and when. I did that and as and when came 4 days after buying the computer!
