Power light comes on but nothing else happens

Just got my Toshiba Satellite Laptop back from PC Worlds repair morons. Power switch light comes on but nothing else happens.These guys are professionally useless.Their incompetence knows no bounds.Initially,they replaced the motherboard on this 2 year old machine.However,following this installation,several keyboard letters wouldn`t print.Machine back to PC World again,machine returns totally knackered.Great people.Be warned....TechGuys,c/o PC World have to be the worst collection of technical misfits ever gathered.Go elsewhere if you can for your repairs.

I used Curry's, part of the same group.... bloody nightmare.

but their shop staff surpass such stupidity by a long shot!
