I am applying for a job and part of the application is a self assesment form. I am stuck on one. its titled Showing Drive and Resilience , I have to describe a situation, What i did and What was the outcome.

However i am struggling in getting some clarification for what kind of situations i am supposed to be describing?

Please help xx

Easy. Show some Drive and Resilience yourself in creating a situation and a solution. Base the problem on something which would relate to the field in which you will(maybe)get a job. Be pro active and resolve this TODAY

I asked a friend about this. He said he got a lot of help down the Job Shop. They gave advice, and he also got the job, Good luck.
