Everyone is innocent

Why is it that whenever anyone posts stories on this forum about how they have been arrested and charged after being involved in altercations, they never seem to have actually started it and are always the victims. Funny that.

Could be Jayney....or it could be that we now live in a society where people refuse to take responsibility for their actions.
There's always someone else to blame - 'can police charge me for this if they spell my name wrong?' , 'can i be arrested if the police didn't say please and thank you to me'...Thankfully, yes, now shut the **** up and learn to spell.
unfortunately, while are there still bleeding heart liberals like Jayney12 about, this situation will continue, and stories such as those feral thugs beating that innocent young women to death in a park will become more common.

It's interesting (to me anyway!) that the Law section of AB is one of the fastest moving ones on here, and a large percentage of the posts are from people either denying all responsibility for their own actions, or admitting what they've done wrong but wanting to get away scot-free - well, that's my two penn'orth...
mamjet there is nothing wrong with my spelling and do you have to be such an ignorant neanderthal, i certainly am not a bleeding heart liberal and i dont appreciate being told to shut the f**** up and in fact i myself have been a victim of a severe beating by a group of thugs and hospitalised as a result all of who'm walked away from court with fines and community service, my son who i was asking advice for my son who served in the armed forces from the age of 16 untill he was 23, his brothers are still in the forces, they have all seen action in afghanistan, iraq, and northern ireland, fighting for the freedom and rights of ignorant idiots like yourself, also my husband, my father and my grandfather all served in the armed forces too, so none of us can be regarded as bleeding hearts can we.
exactly mamjet, what humour?.
your views i find can be very insulting at what could be a very distressing time for a lot of people and certainly not the time for black humour, if your input cannot be constructive then i suggest that YOU shut the f*** up and find somewhere else to play your silly games.
and thank you donnakebab for your input very much appreciated.

I was accused and found guilty of doing something and ended up having a suspended sentence on the basis of circumstancial evidence wich I knew I had done nothing wrong but as usual the police had not done their jobs properly and decided to get me for the crime. There was no hard evidence against me but hey found me guilty anyway I refused to take the stand as I knew there was no way that I could prove my innocence only on my say so and I was nt in a fit state to. They took dna and that came back clear half the time I was accused of doing things I was not even in the same county. The police just did not do a proper job of finding the actual criminal and decided that I would do instead. This was eight years ago now and it has ruined my life I have not worked since and I suffer from depression and I have no confidence anymore. I used to be very outgoing and willing to help anyone that's all changed since then. So yes martha there are people out there that just happen to be innocent they just need people to believe in them. People do get wrongly convicted of crimes. I know I have to live with it for the rest of my life.
