wonder if anyone can help me i am travelling on hols soon and it is longish flight and am bothered with my back and legs and u used to be able to buy like portable steppers especially for flying so that u can keep your legs and feet moving cant find these anywhere now, anyone got advice or help regarding this

Perhaps their popularity dropped when security regulations were introduced limiting the size of your cabin baggage to 56cm x 45cm x 25cm, together with (until January of this year) a strict 'one bag only' policy?

and dont drink alcohol onboard but plenty of water instead
You can still buy portable steppers. They are inflatable and have 2 sections with a join in the centre, one side for each foot and can 'step' on it like I think you are describing?
Marks & Spencer sell them (they have a small travel accessories range) usually near ladies toiletries/gifts.
Boots also seel something similar which they also suggest can be used as a back pillow/support.
