Driving Whilst Disqualified
59 Answers
I was banned last October for drink driving. I'd been banned a few years before so got 3 year ban for second offence. I was pulled over yesterday for speeding and was nicked for disqualified driving. Any idea if I'll get a longer ban or just a fine?

My Solution : To visit the families of those killed and maimed by drink drivers and disqualified drivers.
To look at the graves of children knocked down by selfish drivers.
People often dismiss motoring crimes as a nonsense.
How would you like to get a call from the Police saying a member of your family had been murdered by a drunk driver..
You need a term of imprisonment, and I am not sorry to say a lifetime driving ban.
The message needs to be sent out : YOU DRINK YOU DRIVE YOU SPEED YOUR NICKED.

its doubtful ,,,that you will get any "PORRIDGE " , just offer to pay the FINE in FULL there and then on the DAY , - would look amicable ,.... they may increase the the ban , add more months to it - a suspended sentence means as you know , you wont be sewing mail bags ..... wonder if they consider making you take an "extended re test of the driving test ,,,,,

The second ban is a pain... 3 years is a long time, ignore these pricks giving you jip, its amazing how many people actually drive whilst over the limit. They have been fed crap by the government and swallowed it whole, yes people who drive whilst over the limit can cause accidents but so can those who don't i have seen some horiffic accidents by careless drivers.
Anyway sorry to go off on a tangent but... not to worry you, you may well be looking at a custodial sentance, up to 5000 fine, your ban increased, possibly community service.
Either way good luck and i hope you've learned your lesson

Instead of wasting your time on here why not spend some time trying to work out why the court shouldn't lock you up?
Serial offences and driving while disqualified? Either take my advice or go and stand in the shower. When you're in the shower, put the soap on the floor and practice chipping it up with your bare foot, because where you're likely to be going (and deserve to go) bending over to pick it up won't be the healthiest option.
