tuning in tv

can any one tell me how to tune in a grundig p37-070 tv don't have original remote control or any instryctions

if this set  is the one i am thinking of...

turn on the set ans choose the program position you want eg. 1 for bbc1

1. press P/C. this shows the UHF channel of the station (number between 21 and 69)

2.press 1--> to go up   (or 10-> for decades) to find the station frequecy

3.press p+  or p- to choose channel position (eg. 1 for bbc1 or 2 for bbc2 ), then M to store

4.finally P/C to return to normal
