Daily disposable contact lenses

I read somewere on the Internet that the contact lenses sold as daily disposables are exactly the same as those sold as weekly and even monthly disposables. Has anyone reused a pair of dailies and if so did you have any problems? Thanks, Lizzzie x

I re-use my dailies all the time, especially when i run out and have forgotten to order more. I just clean them in solution and they are always fine the next day.

I was hoping that might be the case, thanks. I'm going on holiday in a couple of weeks and thought about getting some weekly or fortnightly disposables to take because I don't have enough dailies for every day, but if they're ok to re-use, I'll just take my solutions and do that! Thanks Nik! x

This doesn't work for me Liz - by the end of a day my dry eyes seem to have leached all the moisture out of my lenses and they aren't reusable. Think it depends on your own metabolism. But aren't monthly disposables cheaper?
