Whiffey well there is not many on here that have sussed it so I might just be among the brightest on here with a few pointers of course from sir.prize (cheers geeze) and dont worry whiffey I suppose in a way I do sort of respect you on here. even though you are a.h.

Not a lot but just enough to not use it to it's fully extent and I know that there is many ways of doing it you know spoons, missionary etc etc.
