We have just been speaking about being asked for ID for strange things. A 40+ lady in our office has just been asked for ID for plastic knives and forks... and the other she was asked for ID for a salt and pepper grinder..
I mean whats going on..you can go down the street and get offered drug after drug but asked for ID for basic household goods..

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.the other day i got refused alcohol (in my local asda, where ihave bought plenty before) because i wouldn't show id. i wouldn't have minded, but i am in my thirties and had my 14 year old son with me! i don't think they were concerned that i was buying it for him, but refused the sale on the grounds that i didn't have my id on me. pathetic!
