IMP Internet Radio - unstable connection

Hi all
I have an IMP internet radio wirelessly linked to my Netgear wireless router
When I'm listning to radio stations (particularly BBC Radio 5 and Sky Radio from the Netherlands) the radio loses "connection" to the stream and rebuffers
Often
It's very annoying
BUT how do I determine where the problem is?
Is the connection between the router and the Imp insufficient?
Is it my broadband speed/capacity?
Or is it just that I am listening to popular stations that can't keep up with the demand?
It'd be nice to know - even though #1 is the only one I can do anything about :(

oh hang on that doesn't work here does it :)
try connecting the radio via cable direct to your router and see how well it works, that works then it's the wireless connection.
But if you have a decent strength wireless signal then the wireless speed should be more than enough, anything over about 60% connection strength should be fine.
if you have a decent signal and it's still not working then it's probably worth trying to force the wireless router to use a different channel as a nearby device may be interfering.

I was thinking the same about the wireless channel, so I've moved from 6 to 11 to see if that makes a difference
Snag with the cable option is that the Imp ONLY has wireless (no rj45 jack) - I could move it closer to the router I suppose but I'm being lazy. I've got an add-on antenna for the router and the signal seems to be OK
I've also constrained the router to be ONLY 11b as that usually gives a more robust connection than 11g (and 11mbps is still more than my broadband even on a good day anyway so the 54mbps of 11g seemed overkill)
