perfectly normal,you only need to be concerned if it goes over 7.my wife is diabetic and has to check her sugar levels regularly.

I agree with bronners 5.1 is normal.

As a T2 they are happy if you can get it to between 6 and 7. Mine was 29 but now at 6.3 at last blood test.

On my box which my meter came in is a picture of 5.7 which must be the norm so you have nothing to worry about. Lucky you.
