    What is the direction of rotation of sperm around egg before fertilisation?what is the direction of our blood circulation?clockwise or anti?

The sperm swims clockwise if viewed from the front or anticlockwise if viewed from the back - or vice versa. It is a question of persepctive.

The blood circulation has a similar answer, but I expect it does broadly travel in one direction viewed from the front, or do you mean from the persepctive of the person whose blood it is.

Not really a valid question. The sperm surround the egg from all directions (it is not flat). Blood is pumped out of the heart in all directions (up to the upper body, brain etc and down to the legs etc) so it is not a question of clockwise or anti-clockwise.
