I read an article recently which said that muesli was one of the least healthy breakfasts that you could have due to the very high sugar content of the dried fruit that it has in it. Is this true?

It depends a bit

If you make your own it is very healthy, the sugar from the dried fruit is fine. If you buy muesli it might have added sugar and salt. However it is so easy and cheap to make buying it isn't worth it.
and it tastes like gravel, does it not??!
Muesli is very healthy - dried fruit is good for most people and is a great energy booster.

Some mueslis are healthier than others - check the salt and added sugar, but they are all healthier than coco pops or a fried breakfast.

Yeah but a ruddy great big fry up doesn't half taste better!
