bought a 2nd hand grand scenic with 30 day warranty which has just elapsed,however since discovered the petrol gauge is faulty saying i had more fuel in than i had which caused me to run out of petrol.any body know what this could be or where do i stand on going back to the dealers with the warranty elaspsed.

Unfortunately, as the owner of that sort of vehicle, you deserve everything you get. So tough luck. Absolutely no chance of he dealer doing anything - not that they would have done within the 30 days anyway.

wot do you meen that sort of vehicle?
thanks a lot 4 that,it does have a 5 star safety record which that being the highest and in most peoples opinion is the most important,not how fast it can go etc.


be interesting to hear wot vehicle you drive!!!
go back to the dealer & see what they say,they may have a look at it as a good will gesture & then go from there.it could be a the gayge or the sender unit,but also be something more serious.
