not pay child maintenance
My ex is trying to claim [f***ing lies] 3 years of child maintenance from me [since the divorce]. I always gave cash, so I don't have any proof of payment, however my ex also can't prove I didn't give the money.
what will the court do??
i guess they will just order that from now on bank transfers are required?

As for retrospective payments to your ex-wife the Court may (or may not) make an Order requiring you to pay, so you would be well advised to consult a Solicitor before you go to Court.
