i am disabled and unable to drink alcohol can anyone reccommend a non alcoholic drink apart from tea or coffee

You say apart from tea and cofee.... are you looking for an alternative for a hot drink? If so, hot chocolate, barley cup, Ovaltine, Horlicks, caro, Bovril or cup-a -soup.
Non alcoholic cold drinks are too numerous to mention, but really nice ones are... non-alcoholic pear cider, apple and mango J20, strawberry and banana fruit smoothy, elderflower wine and florida orange.

thanks very much 4 your helpful suggestions i appreciate your efforts x......... Yes i had a stroke and am partially paralised but can talk and walk short distances. I used to be able to drink alcohol but find i am unable to take more than 1 drink without it affecting me

Soup. Yes a cup or bowl of steaming chick pea or cauliflower soup is absolutely divine .... Or any kind you may fancy.
