Blimey! Nobody strike a match!
you'll probably end up getting really high blood pressure! so i wouldnt advise you eat it 7 days a week.
I don't know much about curries really, but I hear that if the chilli is really burning, water or lager is no good, as the capsacin (active ingredient in chilli peppers) is not soluble in water.

Instead, you should drink a 'fat based' drink made up of yoghurt and liquidised border collie - I think it's called a Lassie.....
bread helps if you don't have yoghurt to hand. Lager doesn't.
I always have plain yoghurt with curry don't suffer from the hot mouth and burning bum problem.
i wouldn't worry about your insides I'd worry about what it can do to your mind, hot food like can make you hallucinate.
Or maybe that's just in cartoon land. The simpsons chili contest that would be. Go for it, you may become two dimensional for a while (Homer became 3D) so enjoy.
