It's all hype, they aren't going to tone your legs, burn calories (you can burn calories through walking in wellies, you don't need special flip flops to do it) or reduce cellulite. It's another money making gimmick.
The only way to reduce cellulite and tone up is through hard exercise and eating a diet low in saturated fat. Dry body brushing can help too.
Hmmm I'm still not sure lol do you have to buy them online or can you get them in the bigger Boot's stores? It's just I'm not sure if I am a 5 or a 6!
Your reply wasn't there this morning Ice.Maiden! I hope you didn't think i was ignoring you! Yeah I have always thought excercise is the best thing for losing weight and toning up too but just wanted a bit of extra help as I think my legs have no shape and just look fat!
I bought some 2 years ago and they were a total waste of time. I foudn them uncomfortable and too slippy to stay on properly. I have MBTs and you can feel that they're working.
